Project Manager – Mumbai / Noida
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical
- Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic systems will be an added advantage.
Experience :
- 11-15 yrs in project management out of which 3 to yrs experience in
project execution of Mechanical systems (HYDRANT, SPRINKLER, FOAM /SPRAY). - Experience in handling large value (INR 300 Mn) projects independently in an EPC model company.
Requirements :
- Well versed in computer skills, knowledge on planning tools like MS
- Projects, Primavera etc.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication (English and Hindi).
- Ability to understand and comment on the contract documents. Give
- guidance in execution of project to the team.
Responsibilities
- Review the PP2 & prepare the monthly revenue and billing forecast.
- Monitor on the project progress and indicate the green/red flags.
- Coordinate & provide material and all other resources support to the
- project execution team.
- Monitor the outstanding commitment reports, cost to go, work in
- progress, invoicing backlog & revenue backlog every 15 days.
- Review the gross margin (GM) and make provisions / releases on monthly basis.
- Submit weekly site progress report to the management.
- Identify dependencies causing delay in project execution & guide the team.
- Identify & approve sub-contractor. Review and approve the
- sub-contractor’s R.A bills
- Ensure all the EHS practices are implemented at site.
- All incidents / near misses to be reported the management within 24
- hours in the prescribed incident report format.
- Ensure invoices are submitted to the client on time and follow up for
- payment from client.
- Ensure time sheets are submitted on weekly basis.
- Identity the requirement and ensure the right talent is being recruited.
- Conduct weekly review with all the project managers.
Authorities
- Can make technical/commercial decision independently for the benefit of the company/client.
- Handle projects independently.
