JOB POSITION : Accountant
JOB LOCATION: Riyadh.
Job Summary;
- The Accountant is a key member of the entity’s Accounting team.
- The incumbent is required to effectively work with a small team with varying levels of expertise in providing professional accounting records and generation of monthly reports.
Duties and Responsibilities in Details;
- Prepare monthly report on capital expenditure – Actual vs. Budget
- Maintain of Fixed Assets register relating to acquisition, disposal and transfer of assets
- Implementation and maintenance of ERP Fixed Module
- Scrutinize all bills and invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports in order to verify approvals and completeness (quality & price).
- Codifying and preparing envelopes for local suppliers & purchaser
- Maintaining invoice transaction in to ERP and verify any variances vs. standard rates and purchase orders.
- Follow up with local suppliers for reconciliation’s and settling of inquiries
- Recording & analysis and control of accountants receivable.
- Recording & analysis of JL transactions, bank reconciliation & treasury transaction.
- Costing accounting
- Preparing cheques for suppliers on due date
- Assign payments to supplier’s invoices in ERP.
- Following up with cash suppliers for providing the invoices on time and recording according in ERP
- Reconcile & control over indirect materialcurrent account
- Conduct quarterly physical verification of main stores (consumable items)
Educational Level:
CA Articles completed, or CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICWA or 4 years experience
Experience;
- 2-4 years experience as a an Accountant in a large charter accounting or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in working with a large, multi national workforce is a plus.
- Experience in ERP e.g. SAP, ORACLE, JDE etc .
- Advanced spread sheeting skills
Skills & Abilities;
- Strong exposure to a major ERP system e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle
- Excellent command of English & presentation skills.
- Good communication and report writing skills
Basic Salary Range:
· (Maximum) $1,000 + annual bonus equal up to 3 Basic Salaries paid every 6months.
· Job Location: Riyadh.
· Nationality: Any as above.
· Age: 25-30 years (max) and single contract.
